What happens if a plugin or theme update creates a conflict on my WordPress website?

The answer often depends on the underlying issue and any pressing security concerns with updates. Most often, I can either revert the update and report the issue to the developer or suggest an alternative plugin that provides similar functionality.  If work on the issue is expected to go over an hour, I will provide a separate estimate for your review.

Does the maintenance package cover theme and plugin license renewals?

No, that is something you need to manage on your own depending on the plugin or theme.

What is your cancellation / refund policy?

If you need to cancel your plan, just let me know. A pro-rated refund based on months remaining in your plan may be arranged.

Do you support other types of websites besides WordPress?

I primarily work on WordPress websites with a small handful of clients on Shopify.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and checks. As the maintenance packages are subscription-based services, a credit card or bank transfer is required for monthly billing. Checks, bank transfers, and credit cards are accepted for annual plans.
